style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Salmon Cakes<\/span>:<\/li>\n<li>2 lbs. smoked salmon<\/li>\n<li>2 oz. oil<\/li>\n<li>1 cup onion, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon Old Bay spice<\/li>\n<li>1 cup cream of mushroom soup<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cups instant mashed potato flakes, plus extra for dredging<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Curried Mayonnaise<\/span>:<\/li>\n<li>1 cup mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon curry powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Directions<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Salmon Cakes<\/span>:<\/li>\n<li>Break salmon into small pieces or flakes, and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.<\/li>\n<li>Saut\u00e9 the onion and celery until cooked through.\u00a0 Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, combine the salmon, onion, celery, and Old Bay seasoning.\u00a0 Add the mayonnaise and combine well.<\/li>\n<li>Add the instant potato flakes, and mix to bind.<\/li>\n<li>Form into balls about the size of a large meatball.\u00a0 Flatten to form small cakes, and dredge in extra instant potato flakes.<\/li>\n<li>Cakes can be pan saut\u00e9ed or simply baked until heated through.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with Curried Mayonnaise and Apple Relish.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Curried Mayonnaise<\/span>:<\/li>\n<li>Add curry
