Beef Nachos

Yield: 4 Snack Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 16 oz. can refried beans
  • 1 lb. sirloin beef pieces, cooked
  • 12 oz. grated cheese

Directions:

  • Drizzle melted margarine over tortillas on a cookie sheet or half sheet pan.
  • Top tortilla chips with refried beans, sirloin beef pieces, and cheese.
  • Bake until bubbly in a preheated 400-425 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
