Egg Muffins

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 egg patties
  • 4 whole-wheat English muffins
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions:

  • Place egg patties in an ovenproof pan and heat in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes, or microwave for about 1-1/2 minutes.
  • Toast English muffins; spread with butter.  Place hot egg patties in between the two halves of English muffin and serve.
  • There are several options for this dish-you can add cheese, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, bacon, ham, sausage, or chili.  Be creative, and enjoy!
