Rocky Road Snack Bars

Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 packs either chocolate or rainbow chip snack bars
- 8 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 8 oz. milk chocolate
- 4 scoops Isomil Advance
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Open packages of snack bars, spread bars with peanut butter, top with marshmallows, and put back together.
- Place on a baking sheet, and bake 15-18 minutes or until marshmallows are slightly softened.
- Combine milk chocolate and Isomil, mix until smooth, and heat over medium heat until heated through and thick.
- Drizzle over warm snack bar sandwiches.
