Rocky Road Snack Bars

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 packs either chocolate or rainbow chip snack bars
  • 8 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 8 oz. milk chocolate
  • 4 scoops Isomil Advance

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Open packages of snack bars, spread bars with peanut butter, top with marshmallows, and put back together.
  • Place on a baking sheet, and bake 15-18 minutes or until marshmallows are slightly softened.
  • Combine milk chocolate and Isomil, mix until smooth, and heat over medium heat until heated through and thick.
  • Drizzle over warm snack bar sandwiches.
