BBQ Meat Loaf

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1/2 bottle BBQ sauce
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tube saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Put mixture into a baking dish.
  • Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce on top to glaze.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
