BBQ Meat Loaf

Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/2 bottle BBQ sauce
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1/2 tube saltine crackers, crushed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Put mixture into a baking dish.
- Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce on top to glaze.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
