Savory Bread Pudding

Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 onions
  • 1 package Stove Top Stuffing Mix
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt and pepper

Directions:

  • Caramelize the onions.
  • Add Stove Top stuffing mix and eggs.  Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in muffin pans at 350 degrees.
  • Serve with braised turkey wings.
