Sautéed Beef and Corn Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 lb. sirloin beef pieces
- 8 Romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 onion
- 6 oz. package corn
- soy sauce
Directions:
- Scramble eggs and chop.
- Heat oil in pan and sauté beef pieces. Finish with soy sauce, onions, and corn.
- Place beef mixture in lettuce leaves. Garnish with chopped scrambled eggs.
- Roll leaves and serve.
