Breaded Halibut

Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 eggs, whisked
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 halibut fillets
Directions:
- Heat butter in pan on high.
- Dip halibut in flour, then egg, and then bread crumbs. Place in pan.
- Cook both side until golden brown.
