Breaded Halibut

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 eggs, whisked
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 halibut fillets

Directions:

  • Heat butter in pan on high.
  • Dip halibut in flour, then egg, and then bread crumbs.  Place in pan.
  • Cook both side until golden brown.
