Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • Whole eggs

Directions:

  • Place eggs in saucepan and cover with water at least 1/2 inch over the eggs.
  • Bring water to a boil on high heat.
  • Reduce heat to medium high and let boil for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and run cold water over eggs until cool.
