Peach Bruschetta

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 8 chocolate graham cracker halves
  • 1 pint peach yogurt
  • 1/2 cup vanilla pudding
  • 1 wedge of blue cheese, sliced thin and enough to cover graham cracker
  • 4 peach slices, cut in half
  • Honey to garnish

Directions:

  • Take a graham cracker, and cover the center of the graham with yogurt.
  • Place a small amount of pudding on the yogurt, and then place a slice of cheese on top, followed by a slice of peach.
  • Finish with drizzled honey.
  • Serve chilled.
