Peach Bruschetta

Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 8 chocolate graham cracker halves
- 1 pint peach yogurt
- 1/2 cup vanilla pudding
- 1 wedge of blue cheese, sliced thin and enough to cover graham cracker
- 4 peach slices, cut in half
- Honey to garnish
Directions:
- Take a graham cracker, and cover the center of the graham with yogurt.
- Place a small amount of pudding on the yogurt, and then place a slice of cheese on top, followed by a slice of peach.
- Finish with drizzled honey.
- Serve chilled.
