Cranberry Butter Bars

Yield: 16 bars
Ingredients:
- Crust:
- 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- Filling:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons cranberry concentrate
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine all crust ingredients. Mix until crumbly.
- Press crust into the bottom of an 8″ square baking pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine all filling ingredients. Mix well, and pour over hot crust.
- Continue baking for 18-20 minutes or until filling is set.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar or regular sugar and cool.
