Peanut Butter Roll Ups in Creamy Spiced Cider Sauce with Chocolate Tea Biscuit Dust

Yield: 8 rollups
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf whole wheat bread
- Enough peanut butter to cover 8 slices of bread
- 8 red apples
- 8 scoops Nestle Good Start Infant 2 Formula
- 2 cups spiced cider
- 1 4.2 oz. package Kedem Chocolate Flavored Tea Biscuits
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Flatten 8 slices of bread with a rolling pin or can. Spread bread with peanut butter.
- Slice apples, and place 4-5 slices in a row atop the peanut buttered bread.
- Roll bread up to enclose apple.
- Place rollups in an 8×8 baking dish, and bake 10-12 minutes or until bread is lightly toasted. Keep bread warm until ready to use.
- Make sauce by combining infant formula and spiced cider in a saucepan.
- Heat until sauce foams, stirring constantly.
- Place rollups on a platter or leave in the baking dish. Top with sauce. Garnish with tea biscuits. Serve warm.
